Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This policy explains what SilicoRealm LLP (we, us, our) collects when you use this site or work with us, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. If something here is unclear, email us and ask.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, company, and anything you write in a form or send us when booking a call.
- What you share with us during Fit Calls, an AI-Native Roadmap, or project work.
- Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and which pages you viewed.
What we use it for
- Answering you, scheduling calls, and doing the work.
- Sending resources or updates you asked for. Unsubscribe any time.
- Meeting our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. Your card and bank details go to them, not to us. We never see or store a full card number. Razorpay processes that information under its own policies and under applicable card-network and regulatory standards.
Who else touches your data
Only the services we need to run the business: scheduling (Cal.com), email (Kit), payments (Razorpay), hosting and analytics (Vercel). Each one gets only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy terms. The site and those embedded tools use cookies to work and to count visits, which you can control in your browser settings.
We operate from India and work with clients in other countries, so your information may be handled across borders. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected and consistent with this policy.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email support@silicorealm.com and tell us what you want done.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
Contact
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests go to support@silicorealm.com.
A real person reads every one of these. No ticket queue, no autoresponder, no automation anywhere in the chain. We run a process by hand before we automate it, and this is one we never automated.
