These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by SilicoRealm LLP (we, us, our). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

What we do

We provide AI-native consulting for agencies and service businesses: Fit Calls, the fixed-scope AI-Native Roadmap, and embedded engagements. Fit Calls are free and booked through our scheduling tool. For paid work, the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you. Where these terms and a signed proposal disagree, the proposal wins.

Fees and payment

• Fees are as quoted in the applicable proposal, and are collected through our payment provider, Razorpay.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, are added at the prevailing rate.
• Invoices are payable by the date stated. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Delivery

Everything we provide is delivered digitally, by email or an agreed platform. There is no physical product and no shipping, so no shipping charges or delivery timelines apply. Delivery dates for the work itself are set in the proposal.

Your side of it

You agree to give us the access, information, and approvals we need to do the work on time, and to make sure anything you hand us does not infringe someone else's rights.

Ownership and confidentiality

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we built for you. We keep ownership of the methods, tools, and know-how we brought with us, and we stay free to reuse general skills and experience. Each of us keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement.

What we do not promise

We work on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or result, and except where the law requires otherwise the site and services are provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Cancellation, refunds, and ending an engagement

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal, or immediately for a material breach that is not fixed within a reasonable period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
