Client responsibilities

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse general skills and experience gained.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Warranties and disclaimers

Services are provided on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or result. Except as required by law, the services and site are provided as is without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal, or immediately for material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period.

Governing law
